Alba Properties MADE our Costa Rica trip, we were treated like queens from the very beginning. Booking online is a little different than I was used to because payment is processed separately but don’t let that deter you from renting. Our house was perfect, even better than the photos. Everything was well stocked and CLEAN. The kitchen was actually a full kitchen with a blender, multiple full sets of dinnerware, plenty of cooking and serving bowls, a coffee maker even a fridge with a working ice maker. We could easily make dinner and if there was something we needed the concierge was so easy to get ahold of. Several times we reached out after hours (8 pm) and they still provided an answer before the morning.

This is my third time visiting Costa Rica, and one of the best vacations I have had. The property with Alba was beautiful, and we felt very safe in our surroundings. The location was perfect and located near many shopping centers, restaurants and beach areas allowing us to walk to many interesting and fun parts of the culture. Our stay was very family friendly, and we were impressed by how well maintained the property was and how friendly the staff were. I would recommend this stay to all. I can not say enough amazing things about my recent stay in Nosara. It was the “trip of a lifetime” for my family and I. The location was amazing. We were able to walk everywhere; including to the beach! The staff from Alba were kind and responsive. We felt very safe and cared for throughout our stay. I will not hesitate to use Alba properties again the next time we travel to CR; which I hope will be very soon!

This was truly a beautiful place. Lots of room for a family and friends gathering before Christmas. It had everything we needed and much more. It was spacious and had plenty of different spaces to chill or to be social. The bonus was that the beach was 2 mins walk away. No need for shoes.😂 We all felt incredibly safe and secure in the accommodation and the area. We spent time in both villas and each one was unique. Both pools were great places to cool down after surfing. The surf was incredible. The local restaurants had it all. The management company were incredible in helping with bookings and transfers.
