Air-conditioned interior spaces open to the beautiful lavish garden and pool area, as well as a large exterior covered loggia that functions as an outdoor living room, to enjoy Costa Rica’s famous warm and mild weather while being protected from the equatorial sun. The modern tropical architecture with its high ceilings is giving you complete privacy in the middle of one of the busiest areas of Guiones; 100 m walking distance from the Gilded Iguana Surf Hotel, just behind the Gilded Iguana Surf Club. Around the main house you can hang out in a plush sunset lounge with an outdoor barbecue area; a big outdoor dining area is a perfect set up for a delicious Chef served dinner.

Unwind with loved ones after an adrenaline-fueled day on the water or in the jungle in the salt water heated jacuzzi to enjoy a moment of perfect relaxation. What’s more, you will find a fully equipped gym in the main house. The covered space in front of the gym allows you to do outdoor workout or yoga sessions hidden from the sun. This beautiful complex with two houses includes for the guesthouse: 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms: one bedroom with a King bed, the other with one Queen and a single bed. The large living and open kitchen area make it a very comfortable space for a family or group of friends by preserving each other’s privacy. In the main house, on the first floor is the luxury Master suite with its adjacent closet and spacious bathroom; on the second floor: a double Queen bedroom with its own bathroom as well as a single Queen bedroom with a hang out balcony and a spectacular view on the nature reserve jungle and the ocean. The second level of the main house disposes of a very cozy TV area and workspace.

With the help of many, it has become the crystallization of a great idea, flowed from ambition pursued with passion. There is a housekeeper for both villas that does daily House Keeping and cleaning. Property Maintenance with daily gardening and regular pool maintenance is included. A well surrounded Alarm system insures security.
