Plantara Condo 3 is an upper-floor, one-bedroom apartment for up to two guests in North Guiones, Nosara. Its layout separates the king bedroom from the kitchen, lounge and workspace, giving guests several defined areas for sleeping, preparing meals, working and relaxing.
The apartment includes a private kitchen, breakfast bar, dedicated desk, Smart TV, full bathroom, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Large windows bring in daylight and frame views of the tropical greenery surrounding Plantara.
Playa Guiones is less than a five-minute walk away, making Condo 3 a practical option for couples, solo travelers, remote workers and guests planning a longer visit to Nosara.
Condo 3 provides more separation than Plantara’s open-plan studios.

This arrangement allows guests to move through their daily routines without using the bedroom for every activity. One person can work at the desk or prepare breakfast while the other rests in the separate bedroom.
Warm wood frames the openings between rooms, while white walls, pale tile and black countertops keep the apartment bright and visually consistent.

Condo 3 is located on Plantara’s upper level and is reached by exterior stairs.
Its elevated position brings greenery into view through the bedroom, bathroom, lounge and workspace windows. The surrounding trees help create a visual connection to Nosara’s tropical setting without relying on a private terrace.
Guests should be comfortable using stairs each time they enter or leave the apartment. Condo 3 should not be presented as wheelchair accessible.
No. Condo 3 is a one-bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom. The lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar and workspace are located outside the sleeping area.
Plantara Condo 3 accommodates a maximum of two guests sharing one king-size bed.
No. Condo 3 is located on Plantara’s upper level and is reached by an exterior staircase.
Yes. The apartment has a compact lounge with a sofa, coffee table and rug. This gives guests a place to sit and relax away from the bedroom.
Yes. Condo 3 has a private kitchen with a small refrigerator, toaster oven, coffee maker, cookware, cooking utensils, dishware, glasses, mugs and cutlery. Basic supplies such as salt, pepper and napkins are also provided.

Yes. Condo 3 includes a dedicated desk and chair beneath a large window. The apartment also includes Wi-Fi and air conditioning.
