Plantara Condo 2 is an upper-floor, one-bedroom apartment for up to two guests in North Guiones, Nosara. Unlike Plantara’s open-plan studios, this unit separates the bedroom from the kitchen and dining area, giving guests more definition between sleeping, working and preparing meals.
The apartment includes a king-size bed, private full bathroom, equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dedicated desk, Smart TV, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. Large windows bring natural light into both main areas and look toward the trees surrounding the property.
Playa Guiones is less than a five-minute walk away, making Condo 2 a practical choice for couples, solo travelers and guests planning a longer stay near the beach.

Condo 2 is located on Plantara’s upper level and is reached by an exterior staircase.
Its elevated position gives the bedroom and kitchen windows a greener outlook than the screened ground-floor terraces of Condos 0 and 1. Trees and palms are visible from several angles, helping natural light reach the interior while connecting the apartment visually with its tropical surroundings.
Guests should be comfortable using stairs when entering and leaving the unit. Condo 2 should not be marketed as an accessible apartment.
No. Condo 2 is a one-bedroom apartment with a separate bedroom. The kitchen, breakfast bar and workspace are located in an adjoining area outside the bedroom.
Plantara Condo 2 accommodates a maximum of two guests sharing one king-size bed.
No. Condo 2 is located on the upper level of the Plantara building and is reached by an exterior staircase.
Yes. The apartment has a private kitchen with a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, dishware, glasses, mugs and cutlery. Basic kitchen supplies such as salt, pepper and napkins are also provided.
Yes. A breakfast bar with two stools provides a defined place for meals and drinks.
Yes. Condo 2 has a separate desk and chair positioned away from the bed. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also included.
Yes. The apartment includes a private full bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, vessel sink, vanity, toilet and towel storage.
No. Pool access is not included with the Plantara apartments.
Yes. Upon leaving Plantara, take the main road through North Guiones toward the beach. Playa Guiones is less than a five-minute walk from the property.
