Plantara Condo 1 is a ground-floor studio for up to two guests in North Guiones, Nosara. Its open layout includes a king-size bed, private kitchen, full bathroom, Smart TV and workspace, along with a defined lounge area furnished with a sofa and large ottoman.
Sliding glass doors open from the lounge onto a private terrace screened by wood fencing and tropical vegetation. The result is a compact rental with several distinct places to sleep, sit, work and spend time outdoors—all less than a five-minute walk from Playa Guiones.

Condo 1 stands out among Plantara’s studios because it provides a more clearly defined living area.
A full sofa and upholstered ottoman create a comfortable place to read, plan the day or relax without having to sit on the bed. A large botanical wall hanging, round mirror and soft neutral furnishings give this end of the studio its own visual identity.
The lounge remains part of the open-plan interior rather than a separate room, but the wide opening between it and the sleeping area helps divide the condo into distinct zones.
Guests can move naturally between the terrace, sofa, king bed, kitchen and bathroom without the interior feeling like one undifferentiated room.
Sliding glass doors connect the lounge directly to Condo 1’s private terrace.
The long, narrow outdoor area includes woven chairs, cushions and small tables. Wood screening provides separation from the neighboring property, while palms and other tropical plants rise above the fence and filter the daylight.
The terrace gives guests an outdoor place for morning coffee, reading or sitting outside after returning from Playa Guiones. Because it connects to the lounge rather than opening directly beside the bed, it feels like a natural extension of the living area.

Yes. Upon leaving Plantara, take the main road through North Guiones toward the beach. Playa Guiones is less than a five-minute walk from the property.
